EXPERT ADVICE

At My Insurer Won’t Pay, we will review the circumstances of your case and if we believe your claim has a good prospect of success, we will take your claim on.

Our low initial administration fee means we take the risk on your behalf and we will only get paid if your claim succeeds.

Our competitors, will usually take a large upfront payment from you with no guarantee of success.

Should your claim succeed, we will seek to recover fees and disbursement costs (eg the cost of obtaining engineering, accounting, forensic evidence or other evidence) from the opponent, as much as possible. In many cases part of our fees may be paid using a percentage of the compensation we secure for you – anything up to 50%. We will fully explain to you the details of your particular case so you will be able to make informed decisions about your claim throughout the process.

The particulars of your case and how fees and disbursements will be recovered by us will be outlined in your Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) by one of our panel Solicitors. This is a legally binding document which you will need to read and sign before proceeding with your claim. We will explain the form to you in jargon-free terms and will be happy to answer any queries you may have.
